To exercise voting rights at the AGM and other meetings/ resolutions, the rules of a co-operative require that you be an “active member”. The Energy Innovation Co-operative rules specify that active members will:

Take part in at least one Co-operative meeting per year (which can include the AGM or members meetings)” (see p 34 of Rules)

2. Receive the newsletter and email/ posted communications (which means keeping your contact details up to date)
3. Take part in at least one Co-operative event per year.
4. Take part in at least one Co-operative meeting per year (which can include the AGM or members meetings)” (see p 34 of Rules)
